Orders
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

- An order is considered accepted only after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
- We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products purchased by any customer.
Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment
We currently accept prepaid orders only through our approved payment partners.
Your payment information is processed through secure payment gateways. Sirg International LLP does not store complete debit card, credit card, CVV, or online banking credentials on its servers.
Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed for dispatch.
Once an order has been packed, processed, or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Refunds, Returns, Exchanges & Replacements
Due to the nature of hospital equipment and medical products, Sirg International LLP follows a strict No Refund, No Return, No Exchange, and No Replacement Policy, except where required under applicable law.
Customers are requested to carefully verify all product specifications, quantities, and delivery details before placing an order.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If you receive a product that is physically damaged during transit or a product different from the one ordered due to an error by Sirg International LLP, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order Number
- Photographs of the product
- Photographs of the outer packaging
- Shipping label
- A brief description of the issue
The Company will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution where applicable.
