Exchange Policy

Sirg International LLP follows a No Exchange Policy.
All products sold through our website are non-exchangeable. Once an order has been confirmed, dispatched, or delivered, it cannot be exchanged for another product, model, size, or variant.
Customers are requested to verify all product details, specifications, quantities, and shipping information before placing an order.

Order Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed for dispatch.
• Once an order has been processed, packed, or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
• Any approved cancellation will be subject to the Company's review and applicable legal requirements.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

• Physically damaged during transit; or
• Different from the item ordered due to an error by Sirg International LLP, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing our customer support with:
• Your order number
• Photographs of the product
• Photographs of the outer packaging
• The shipping label
• A brief description of the issue

The Company will review the claim and, where appropriate, provide a resolution in accordance with applicable law.

Important Information

• No exchange will be provided for products that have been used, installed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Products returned without prior authorization from Sirg International LLP will not be accepted.
• Sirg International LLP reserves the right to reject any claim that does not comply with this policy.
• Refunds and exchanges are not available as our products are medical and hygiene-sensitive items. To ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and quality, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.
