Shipping policy

Our Shipping Policy is outlined below.
Domestic Shipping
- We process all confirmed orders within 2 business days.
- All orders are shipped from our warehouse in India.
- Orders are processed and dispatched only on business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
- In the event of any delay due to high order volumes, courier service disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email or telephone.
- Deliveries to major metropolitan cities are generally completed within 4–7 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery timelines for non-metro cities, remote areas, or difficult-to-access locations may vary depending on the destination and courier partner.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on all eligible orders within India unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
- We accept both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Exchange & Cancellation Policy. - Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible pin codes and selected products only. Availability of COD will be displayed during checkout.
- Sirg International LLP reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations, products, or order values at its sole discretion.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or SMS containing your shipment tracking details. You can use the tracking number provided to monitor the status of your shipment.
International Shipping
Currently, Sirg International LLP ships products only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, transportation delays, courier partner issues, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
Damaged Shipments
Customers are requested to inspect the package immediately upon delivery.
If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, please notify the delivery personnel (where possible) and contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of:
- The outer packaging
- The product received
- The shipping label
- The invoice (if applicable)
Claims reported after this period may not be accepted. Additionally, if a Cash on Delivery (COD) order is found to be damaged or tampered with, customers are advised to report the issue immediately before or at the time of accepting the delivery, wherever possible.
